Remove Air Filter cover?

Remove Air Filter cover?
I purchased a Z06 air filter front cover and now want to install it in my C5. Only problem is that I can't get the old one off 
! Got the two straps loose, but there seems to be some screws at the bottom of the cover that I can't get to. I did a search, but didn't see any instructions on how to remove the old box..
I think I've seen these instructions somewhere on the forum, but can't find them now that I need them
..
Can anyone help?

They are rubber grommets. Just pull the bottom of the box away from the nose.

As usual, it's easy to "walk on water" after you know where the "rocks" are located!
Thanks, again.. Now all I have to do is go out and let the computer adjust..
