Default A quick jacking question

Just picked up my 02 EB C5 coupe from Forum member Gozar (damn, this is some car! ) and I noticed it has what appears to be the rocker rails from A&A.

My question is can the car be lifted at any point along these rails? Or should I lift only at the point where the pucks would be inserted into the frame rails? The car is lowered so using ramps are pretty much out of the question.

I'll need to do an oil change pretty soon and I want to make sure I lift the car correctly. Did a search on "Jacking" and "pucks" but I didn't see anything specific on exactly where a floor jack can be placed along the frame rails when the rocker rails are installed.

Even with the rocker rails I would still recommend staying right around the jacking points just for safe keeping.
