i have been thinking about the SSR comp wheels because they are a few pounds lighter than the z06 wheels.
are those 17x9.5/18x10.5?

Yes on the wheel sizes and yes they are close to 5 lbs lighter-overall.

No SSR Comp H in black... They are lighter then the factory Mags and come in Z06 sizes
