I would say about 8 of us stayed in Cherokee and met up for breakfast both mornings. We then met up with another group in Robbinsville before heading toward the Dragon.
We did take 28 multiple times during the weekend. (very good yet not very well known road) We also toured the Cherohala Parkway, Tail of the Dragon US 129, and many many more! Jackdaroofer was our Navigator/human GPS. Once in the mountains I just played follow the leader!
