Default Vette Net

La Vett Girl,
I got mine right after buying my C5. I love it. It is a little pricey but worth it.
It does not keep all the wind out, but with the windows up & the vette Net in place. You can hold a conversation with a co-pilot & use a hands free cell.
Plus I think it looks really Cool
I would give it a big, YA!
--

I have some pics if you would like to see it on a yellow C5.

You need to work on your "profile" How about a first name ? anyway "Vette Net" has had a new product called vette net 2 for some time now it is lower and the looks are great ! (check out www.eastcoastcorvettes.com ) for a really good price , and yes it works very good with window's down and even better with windows up here is a picture with vette net

Well Gals,
I am attaching an older pic of mine in action.
The first style was straight screen and the seats could not be moved back all the way.
I bought the second generation, it has a contoured frame & screen that goes around the water fall. I ordered mine in black to match the cars color scheme.
--
As I understand it, they now have other colored frames available to match the cars outer body color.

WELL WORTH THE MONEY !!

I have the new model that I got during a GP. With the windows down, I could not tell any difference at all, but it did make a big difference with the windows up, and I am not a fan of that configuration. Top down = windows down IMHO. Only drive with the windows up when the other 1/2 is in the car(which is rare).

It is quite a bit lower that the previous version.

I will fit in the trunk when not in use.

I have to have my seats all the way back so I have had some issues with it hitting the waterfall and the seat release.

PM if you have any other questions. I have not used it nearly as much as i thought I would so I would consider selling it.

Hope this helps.

Default Windows

Sometimes its needed.
Especially when on a date and I am interested in good conversation, but still want the top down.

I have considered getting one, but my main concern is this.

Do you have to remove it and store when you put the top back up or can it stay in place all the time?

If I have to remove it all the time I would pass.

Thanks.

I think there's an unspoken rule about this. I would never, ever drive my vert with the windows up. It looks awful!

Thanks Neatnic. No way I'd do that for the small benifit provided with the windows open.

Bought one this summer. Very easy to put in and take out. The vette net has a high quality look. Makes a significant difference in reducing wind and noise at highway speeds with the windows up. I'm very satisfied with it.

Howdy welcome! I first thought you were joking, by talking about a net for your hair/head . Then I realized you were talking about a brand of diffuser . Anyway, I can't comment on this cause I don't have a Vert, but I am in L.A., if that's where you are. As mentioned before, you might want to add some info to your profile .

Pull your hair back and put on a cap. You'll look terrific and your hair won't get in your eyes.
