I have the corsa exhaust and they both appear to sag when you look at a side view of my car you can see the front part of the muffler stick out from under the rear fascia so the tips point upward. I ended up taking them both off to tighten up everything and it was fine for a day but went back to its original position. I don’t know what the problem is do I need new clamps or bushings?????
The mufflers will always hang below the rear facsia. I have Corsa's and the mufflers hang below the read facsia. No big deal. I think the most important thing to to have all the tips line up nice and straight.

The problem with the strap type clamps is that they look good, but don't clamp worth a damn. Get some SS "U" bolt type clamps that you can put some torque to. If that doesn't do it, drill a 1/16" hole where the pipes overlap and install a small sheetmetal screw.
I have a Corsa with the factory clamps and mine never sags or has moved. Get yourself a torque wrench and make sure you are torquing it to the correct foot lbs.
I wouldn't use the U clamps because if you tighten them too much they will bend the pipe and then you won't be able to get them apart.
The band clamps from Corsa work fine if your torque them to spec.
I found that you can get the exhaust up higher by loosening the clamp at the muffler and pushing it up in the front - however when you push it up the tips come down.
Do you have an after market x-pipe or the stock h-pipe. Sometimes the bend at the rear of the mid section might not bring the ends high enough so the muffler will be low. You just have to mess with it until you get it right.
This is about how they should look - you may be able to get them up a little higher. These were taken before I switched to a Kook's x-pipe and was able to rotate the mid pipe to swing the ends up - You can harly see the mufflers from the side now.

Have you checked the Chevy flanges that attach to the Corsa flanges.
One side on my C5 Corsa's started to sag and it was due to bad welds courtesy of Chevrolet The flange came loose from the exhaust pipe behind the cat and twisted - eventually it came completely off

Exactly! If you over torque these band clamps they will crush the pipe out of round and never again hold their position. This is one of those cases where "tighter" is not better.
