Anyone know how to clean a car cover? Or if it should be done even at all or on a regular basis?
I got a Wolf cover (it's gray but not sure if it's the NOAH cover or one of the lower-end ones) with my C5 and it could use a bath. WIll washing it in a commeral-size machine cause any issues? The cover will only be ued in the garage and not outside. If washing is OK, can it dried in a dryer with either no heat or low heat?
I took my Wolfe and turned it inside out over my newly washed daily driver and sprayed and washed it with soap. Let it dry. Did the same thing on the other side. Worked ok.
Fine to wash in the machine in lukewarm water with detergent, tumble dry on low/medium turning often for uniform drying. It will be fine though I would only wash it this way a couple of times per year in order to maintain the integrity of the cover long term.

The low dry heat is key. Or just let it line dry for a few days.
