Default Tapping into Fuse 22?

What is the easiest way to tap into the empty fuse slot for hooking up an accessories power lead. There is currently no fuse in this slot, but I was told that this is were to hookup. Thanks

My '02 has an accessory power plug located under the passenger side toe board near the top left corner of the body control module This is a 3-wire harness that has a orange, yellow and black wire. The orange wire is connected to battery power, the yellow is connected to ignition power (hot only when the ignition is on) and the black wire is a ground.

The orange and yellow wires should handle up to a 15A load each.

Go to your auto parts store and look in the electrical department for this adapter. It plugs into an existing fuse socket, and it has two fuse sockets built into itself that holds the fuse you just removed and a fuse for your new circuit with a wire for it. It is really good and saves you from having to cut into any wires risking a fire or circuit overload. It only costs a few bucks. Good luck.
