Wait...you want to tint the front windshield? I hope your jokeing...anyway, it should be no problem. It might even make it more visable.

you are gonna tint your windshield?
that's dangerous.
it cuts down on visibility, especially at night.

I know if we tint the windshield here thats an immediate ticket. They are usually pretty cool about letting us get away with Limo tint all the way around since it's Arizona, but not the windshield.

Exactly. At night, you might aswell just put a black sheet over the windshield. You would be able to see just as well.

Tinting the windshield, besides being dangerous, is illegal in a number of states. You might want to check you state laws.

Check your local laws. In general, one CANNOT tint the front windshield (reduces visibility by you as a driver, and, by any law enforcement officer that may need to "see" inside the vehicle).

I can't imagine it being legal in ANY state! Hell it's hard to see out of the tinted side windows at night ... doing the windshield is insane!!!

I'm pretty sure that tinting the whole front window is illegal everywhere. I think the law limits the width of the tint allowed at the top of the windshield.

There are other shades of tent besides limo guys. I have a 40 on my van windshield and it cuts the heat without cutting much light. Your not going to get a ticket for what can't be seen.

Sure, tint the front window as dark as you like, just make sure that the HUD, tint, exterior car color, floormats, and your racing shoes all look really nice together.

It won't do anything to the HUDs setup.

Your HUD will still work just fine, but like has been said, check your local and state laws on tinting the windshield.
