Noticing some pre-ignition...

I'm noticing some valve rattle the last several months on light excelleration. 2000 Coupe, no mods other than an Airhog air filter and some eckler stock exhaust bypass tubes. I always run 93 octane and use shell about every 3-4 tanks. The car has 82k miles. Any ideas?

Any codes come up related to the knock sensor? Ever changed the fuel filter or spark plugs?

Try some techron...

Nope no codes, was thinking I should change plugs. I'll do that this weekend, any recommendations? I have run techron, no help...
