I'd go directly with the manufacturer, Starcraft. That way if you have any issues you will be sure to get satisfaction. I purchased the entire kit and had issues with the hood after it was painted and they sent me a new one right away. Also the body shop had to grind down the front facia styofoam because it caused the front facia to bulge slightly and would have caused stress fracturing. That was an easy fix though. I'm very pleased with the results and get alot of compliments on the looks. Here's Starcraft's link: http://www.starcraftparts.com/catalo...?category_id=8
I've never heard of anyone having to grind down the foam... When I first put mine on, it looked like the foam was interfering, and I thought I might have to grind it down, which was frustrating since EVERYONE says these fit perfectly... Turns but I didn't have it on completely... I pulled up on the trailing edge and pulled back, and it popped right into place.
did any of you have the Vararam when you went to this bumper? Are the exit points for the Vararam pretty much the same as the stock bumper?
I had the Vararam, and I got rid of it when I put this fascia on. Someone said you could adapt it, but I just don't see how. The holes are in completely different locations and are different sizes. I went to a Halltech Stinger and I sold my Vararam for what I paid for the Stinger, so it was a break-even proposition. Plus, with the large open "mouth" on the Tigershark feeding directly into the Halltech, I actually felt a performance boost over the stock front end with the Vararam. There's no doubt in my mind that the Vararam is the best intake for the stock front end, but a Hallteck or Blackwing gives better performance IMO for a TS front end.
