Hi all
I just wanted to jump in and introduce myself. Although not new Vettes, I am to this forum. I owned a C3 for the past 21 years that I sold in April to a guy in Austrilia. Boy I missed that car, until I found my new one. I picked up a 99 Torch Red 6spd. Vert that had 3,000 miles on it, so much for missing the old one!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sure that I'll have lots of questions to drive you all crazy with later. Anyways I just wanted to say Hi and let you all know how much I've already enjoyed the forum.
Bob
and welcome to the C5 side of the world. Like others have said, we'd love to see some pics. Don't worry about the questions that's what we're here for. You won't find a better forum for Corvette knowledge. Congrats on the new ride. The C5 is an incredible car.
I drove an '81 C3 for many years before trading her in this past May on a 2002 TR A4 Coupe and my first reaction was also WOW!! It was amazing to me how much better technology had gotten since 1981. Welcome to the forum!
