Default My HID projector mod

I used the A4 Bi-Xenon projectors and made new mounting plates that used the stock adjustments. The lexan covers are glued to the stock shroulds and then blacked out except for a 3.5" circle where the HID is. I think the look is exceptable but the preformance is awesome.

I would like to see pics of them with the lights off, and possibly some in-process pics of your work. They do look good, on.

Yes, they are adjustable. The mounting plates I made utlize the two stock adjustment brackets. The two main design objectives were to use the Bi-zenon projectors so I would have hi and low beams in a single lamp and to use the stock adjusting screws.

Nice job thats kind of similar to what I did. Only question I have is how are they gonna be 100% sealed when you just have lexan attached to the shroud?

Here is a pic of my setup....

First pic shows everything done just before I installed the clear lexan lens. Second pic shows the rear of the housing with the Valeo D2S projector mounted in the low beam position.

Correct, my setup is not completly sealed but the lexan cover is sealed to the shroud which is under the headlight door so water will have a tough time getting in. This was the trade off for haveing Bi-xenon which would never fit in the stock lamp housing like you did with yours. I did see the pictures of your setup before I started and I wanted to do it I just couldn't see a way to fit the bigger Bi-xenons in.

Very creative! How is the beam pattern? What is your custom mounting plate made of?

JTS, i've seen your headlights here before, and was interested in your mod. How is your beam pattern? any hot spots on the road? Now that I have T84 euro's and the beam pattern is %150 better than stock, I'm interested in putting H4 bi-xenons in them
