Is a power seat the same as a power memory seat.

Yes, except that the power memory seats can easily be programmed with a touch of a button to remember your preferred seat and rear view mirrors adjustments. It is very convenient if there are two drivers per car; just press your button and the seat and mirrors will move automatically to your preferred settings.

The seat yes, no power seat track no. There is two diffirent part numbers for the track.

Yes and no. The power seat was standard for the driver and an option for the passenger. The memory package was an option. Therefore to get the driver seat to reset every time. You must either unlock the car or press 1 or 2 on the memory button on the door. Providing you have the Memory Package from the factory. This is on 2000 to 2002 that I know of. Having the power seats doesn't mean that you have the memory option.
