Wheel locking up?
Ive read a few threads about this but still not sure how it happens? I bought my y2k and am worried it might happen as im driving or turning, that would suck

CLB - Column Lock Bypass.
All the aftermarket dealers have this item in their catalogs. I bought mine from Mid-America, but you will find them in Corvette Central, Corvettes of Houston, Corvette Mike, etc. There is an incredible amount of information here on the forum about this, do a search for information and installation instructions. It takes about an hour to install, but you won't have to worry about the steering wheel locking up.
