Droopy Visor
Did a search on visors; found good info on rattles and air bag sticker removal, but nothing on "droopy" visors. I like to dirve my vert with the visors all the way forward rather than sticking up above the top line when the roof is down. However after a few Houston street bumps, the visors slowly droop down from being positioned up against the windshield. Anyone had this problem and figured out a solution to keep them in place? I push the edge near the post up above the rod, but that really doesn't keep it in place. This is a 0.5 on a scale of 10 of problems, but it is annoying and thought I'd try "THE SOURCE a.k.a CF" so as not to reinvent the wheel. Note the visors all the way forward in my sig. pic. Thanks.
Got the same problem, only with the top down. Have taken it to the dealer twice, no help. Has to be something to do with the pressure on the pillar with the top down but how to fix it?
I had the same problem with the visor in the drivers side of my '03 Coupe. I replaced the clip that the peg on the right side fits into (it was about $1.50 from Fitchner Chevrolet) and it has been fine ever since.

Replaced the retainer clips that the visor bar connects to, that solved the drooping problem. My local dealer had the clips in stock for about $1 each.
