Need to replace the right rocker panel on Juliet's car, it got into an altercation with a hidden curb in a hospital parking garage. Have the new panel and painted it. Looks like most of the fasteners are easy to get to, but the two rivets at the very front look like you need to remove the door to get at (I sure hope there is some other trick as I don't have a door cradle).
I saw in some old posts many say they are a PITA to replace and a couple who said they had done it and it wasn't too bad.
What are the tricks you need to know, or should I wimp out and drop it off at Tony's?

The rivets hold the two parts together. There are a few screws on the top of the door sill. The rest of it is totally glued to the frame all the way around. It will come off in about a hundred pieces. Its kind of a big deal. Alignment of the new rocker is critical.
