Default Mods on a vert top?

Has anyone done a mod to a covertible top?

I was thinking perhaps having first initial and last name stitched in above the driver's side window.

What do you think?

I can't see how that would possibly be a good idea. As always, to each his own, but what's next, Naked-lady mudflaps and a CB radio?

It might look very nice depending upon the size; color; font; etc. but they will have to take the top completely off so it's as much labor as putting on a brand new top .. I'd wait until you were ready for a new top and consider it then. Try it on a computer first to see how it will look.

The mudflaps are going to be sweet with the naked lady in high polished chrome. Just got to get a mounting bracket for the whip antenna on the CB.

Over and out.

Don’t do it. I have seen some vettes with different color tops. If you want it to look custom get a different color top or I really like the chrome bars in back of the head rest.

Mud flaps come in a set with stick on reflectors and curb feelers

Good luck embroidering the top. I think it'll look great!

It's your car but not for me. I want to be able to hear my exhaust over the laughing.

Accessorize yourself, too -- I'm thinking white leather shoes and a pair of plaid pants would really complete the country-club look.

(sorry, I couldn't help piling on. To each their own, but I'd never do it.)
