2001 C5 Headers
This Corvette Forum is GREAT. I purchased a 2001 C5 Coupe the summer of 2004 and have been learning all kinds of information from YOU the members. I also have been making purchases through your Group buys and others mentioned her in the forum (The most resent being cup holders from Girl-In-A-Box. Thank you Lori.) I plan to upgrade my exhaust system and want to know if there is a difference between the stock 2001 C5 exhaust manifolds and the ones we see for sale here from Z06s? I would like to change my cats and H pipe to the z06 version without the puppy cats that I presently have also. I have searched this forum on this subject but have not found any answers. Thanks for all your help and maybe one day I can return the favor.

Correct, 2001 stock exhaust manifolds are the same as the Z06 stock exhaust manifolds.

Thank you for the information. That is what I thought when I looked the headers over this weekend when I changed the oil and filter. Now I need to decide how I will do the upgrade.
