Has anyone ever purchased a Vette from Corvette Warehouse in Dallas? They have a car I'm interested in and I can't find much on them... given that I'm in Miami I'd like to know who it is that I'm dealing with before I go through the pain and expense of inspections, getting my hopes up, etc. Oh and I can't wait to get my first vette!

Haven't heard anything bad, might post in the Southwest section to get more responses.
I bought my vert from Corvette Warehouse. A local forum member checked out the car for me. I paid a little more than I wanted but it was not easy to find a white/black/black convertible in a 6-speed with the Z51 package. I felt Corvette Warehouse dealt with me fairly and I got a good price. I could have spent less in a private party deal but couldn't find what I wanted through private listings.
Overall, I was happy with my experience with Corvette Warehouse. If you can get a reasonable price, then you shouldn't hesitate to buy from them. Just post a request in the Southwest section for someone to check the car out.
Beware of these guys, they are shady. I bought a vet from them this last weekend and 10 minutes after leaving a service light came on. I have since emailed and called them in an effort to resolve the issue and basically I've been told to shove it (once a car leaves their lot they claim that they no longer hold any liability). IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM THE CORVETTE WAREHOUSE DON'T EXPECT ANY SERVICE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE...
MAYBE the post date is really 11-08-15 and none of this has actually taken place yet!!!!! In fact, I haven't really written this yet, in fact.....now I'm confused.....

I've bought some parts and accesories from them and they are pretty knowlegeable guys. The cars they sell are usually decent cars, but they are not a dealership, so It's up to you. It's really not much different than buying from a private party except they can hook you up with financing if you need it.
I am seriously considering buying from these guys. I will not be buying until after the holidays, BUT they said you can hold the car for as long as needed for a 1k deposite (non refundable of course). With that said, I would love if someone could check out a future car for me. If so, I wouldn't mind throwing he/she a couple of bucks and a 6 pack of GOOD beer. ;P
I have bought two Corvettes from them. The first experience was very good. Even got follow up calls on it after the sell. The second was just average. No followup calls or anything. I had no problems with either car, so I can't say how well they handle problems. That being the real test of good customer service. They have a good shop and seem to do a good job of checking out the cars. Their pricing seems to be reasonable in comparsion to local prices. Most of the cars will have high mileage and are be reasonably priced. Their lower mileage cars will be priced on the high side.
I'm about 70 miles from Dallas, so a little far to run up and check them out, but sounds like a couple of the other posters are in Dallas so you should be able to get help on that side.
good luck
thanks guys, I talked to Phil and he said you can "reserve" a vette with a 1k non-refundable deposited, so if they have my vette sometime in the next 2 months, I would love the help. I think I am going home (carrolton area) for Christmas to visit family and help my dad with Christmas lights (pharrschristmas.com) so I will be looking then for an early Feb purchase. With that said, I have been away in paradise for soo long, should there be better deals Jan-Feb in Dallas? I can't remember if car sales for a car like that slow during the winter. Thanks guys and sorry for the shameless advertising but my dad's house is amazing during Christmas!
Try posting in the "Southwest" section of the forum. The guys up in Dallas are very helpful maybe somebody local can go check it out for you. Hope it helps.
