You just have to be okay with lifting the rear of the car about 36" off the ground!
Other than that, I've seen people here paying anywhere from $25 to $50 to get one put on. It's really not that time consuming at all- the hardest part is getting it high enough (if you don't have access to a lift)
I paid $150 to have Corsa Tiger Sharks, X-pipe and the abs of aluminum installed. They were charging $100 to install exhaust only at the funfest in September.

To install my B&B Route 66's and a Bassani X-pipe, a local muffler shop charged me a total of $80. Well worth it since I had no way to get the car up in the air high enough to take off the stock exhaust without cutting.
