Default Rusty washers

Hey I just noticed that some of the screws and washers in the rear hatch area have some corrosion on them. My questions is where can I get replacements and what can I do to avoid this in the future?

Hard to avoid when salt and rain collect in this area....a little bit of lube periodically will help.
