Where has the time gone? We were all so young back then. I still keep in touch with one of my friends from bootcamp at MCRD San Diego and it's hard to believe that it's been over 38 years. I talked to him yesterday and we still laugh about how scared we were back then. As bad as it was, I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Remembrance Day in Canada

Today was Remembrance Day in Canada, the day at which we stop at 11:00Am to give a moments silence to remember those that have given the ultimate sacrifice. This year was also declared "The Year of the Veteran" by the Federal Government.

Here's a huge THANK YOU to those that gave that sacrifice, and to those brave men and women who are currently in the military.
