Garage Floor Options

Hi to all,
I'm done with my garage makeover except for the floor. I've got the choices narrowed down to U-Coat It or the Armstrong Commercial tile. Has anyone had success with either over the long haul (several years)? What are the pros and cons of either? Thanks.

I did the garage floor coatings before....probably go with stuff by these people next time

Thanks for the link...I'll give it a look. For those with tile floor, is there a special wax or sealant to keep water and grime from getting in the cracks between the tile? Thanks.

Yup, you can get the wax in the same aisle as the tile...also the stripper... PM WKMCD, he just finished his and it looks awsome...

I just posted to another thread this same response. I have Ucoatit and it looks beautiful and is holding up perfectly. Follow prep instructions perfectly and you should never have any problems.
