I congratulate anyone who was able to pay cash for their ride. I'm envious. I need a plate that says, 5YRS. Because, that's how long it will take from the day I signed the papers to the day I get the title.

At 0% financing which is how I bought my C5, the guy that paid cash is the idiot......

In some parts of Philly, it would be unhealthy to drive or park that vette with that plate.

I am not saying that I am jellious, heck, I paid cash for both c5's that I have owned, and both my wife's and I dd. In fact, I never had a car payment. I just think that is worng in some aspect. People already have bad opinions on vette owners as it is... I dunno... like I said, it just struck me on a bad cord. Not to say that people with vanity plates are wrong... heck.. if it didn't cost so freaking much out here.. I would have one my self. O-yell. To each there own.

It's always available. You just have to look a little. I got a 0% for life of loan through a Chase credit card. I had them make the check to the used car lot for $35K for 2000 vert with 7,900 miles 2 years ago. I'm on auto pay for min due. FREE MONEY! Granted some are only good for a year, but them just transfer.

My next one I'll buy with tokens!

I'll admit, it is sort of arrogant. Especially when the cash part was probably his/her parent's. Plate should say DADS$$.

Advertising that you paid cash is lame! I paid cash for mine. I think I'm going to get a plate the reads FLATBRK. Thats how I felt after I bought it.

And if you pay cash, it's yours. If not it's the banks not yours.

I got 0% financing, and had he had even half a brain, he would have done the same.

SO, paying cash doesn't mean a dam thing. Who cares.

I,m trying to understand your logic. He owns his and your making payments untill 20 who knows when. i,m not going to jump on those who have no choice but to finanace, been there done that, but now that i no longer have to,it make no sense to be in debt.
