Wow, Lokey sure is loco to be writing that crap. I don't know what's worse, believing that someone would fall for such a stupid pitch or the thought that maybe the seller actually believed the owner's original story and actually thinks that vette is a prototype Z06!!

So I send a message to this dealership through their Ebay ad, letting them know that it is inaccurate, and perhaps they should correct it. Here, cut and pasted, is their response:
"Thanks for the advice but you could have kept it.
Better yet with 100% customer feedback and over 500 cars sold thru ebay seems people would be very hesitant to buy from us.
I am not a Corvette enthusiast and therefore can only go by what the owner tells me about the car and therefore I clarify it all in the description with previous owner states.
So maybe I can help you with your consultations and they will be free....

It must be all true because the salesman is a RELIGIOUS Man! "Brother" Baldwin. 
I'm going to sue for eye damage after seeing that painted dash, :barf:. That kind of stuff is fine for Civics and other kids cars, but the C5 is still a car to be respected.
