The window sticker on the 2002 ZO6 I just bought says "Millenium yellow W/ Tint." Is this different then the Millenium yellow on standard C-5's?
No, it's no different than any other MY. If I'm not mistaken, the tint (a redish tint, I believe) is in the clearcoat. Not too perceiveable to the naked eye, but there in the paint code, I suppose.
Magnetic Red and Millenium Yellow have a tinted clearcoat. That is the reason for the additional cost for those colors. The clearcoat isn't completely clear. It is tinted to give the paint more depth.
