Easy In Easy Out feature...
Do you guys use it, if so does the motor burn out faster? I have my seats reclined a bit so when i take the key out the back rest hits the back before the seat retracts to the back and sounds like its under stress at the end.

I use mine, but only when Evie is driving. I have the seat all the way back already. All 3 of my Infiniti's have this feature, and I have had no problems with them or the power tilt/telescoping wheels. This is a great feature, that I couldn't live without.
