How do you get your A arms to look like this? I have polished mine with steelwool but it looks nothing like the pic below.

I don't have a good current pic of mine
Here's one of my bottom when I first started on it. There has been some more polishing done to really put a shine on things and a little more bling added 
Scratch has about the cleanest bottom I've seen. He must wipe it regularly
