.....the service department at Paradise Chevrolet in Ventura, CA? I'm having a tough time with these folks. It's driving me crazy. The entire story will be told as soon as I get my car back...which has been 9 weeks by the way.
I just had a 5 week run in with a local dealership. It sucks having to deal with the dealer service dept & service manager. I called the regional rep and had words with them and even spoke with someone at Cadillac. I got no satisfaction in the end and was treated very poorly. I wish you the best.
A combination of things. First it went to A&A for an A4 to MN6 tranny swap and things have been downhill ever since. My poor car is now back at the dealership (not the first time in the 9 weeks) and I'm getting fed up. I'm not sure what I should do at this point, as I don't want to get a car back that has a bunch of electrical gremlins because of a tranny swap. I should go ahead and post the entire story, but I will wait until my car is home safe.
