Is She Lowered????
I bought Ruby home 2 months ago and and I think she only had one previous owner who apparently treated her very gently...6300 miles in 2 years.
I've read many a thread on lowering a C5 but never saw any measurements, i.e. how far off the ground is the car (obviously at different points) when the job is done? Ruby looks to be a ground hugger; she measures 5" at the body underside just behind the front wheels. Is she still a virgin or has she been....you know???

Looking at that huge tire-to-fender gap, I'd say no, it's not been lowered.

Mine has been lowered using stock rear bolts and cutting a portion of the front bushing. I think its maybe a little over 4" ground clearance.
