I put one in my 2K and it works great, very smooth got rid of the notchy felling. You will need to cut off a little of the shaft hwere it is notched and thread it for another **** if you want to use one, but not that big of a deal.

I got the C6 ZO6 shifter to replace the Hurst shifter. From what I understand the ZO6 is a little stiffer than the regular C6, however, I am finding it quite loose compared to the Hurst. I think that the regular one would be much too loose for my liking. If your stuck on the C6 get the Z06, its cheaper too. Just my .02 cents.
I believe that Gene at Fred Beans has them on special this month. I got mine through them and I was very happy with the sale and delivery.
