Definitely go with the LTs. Get some with hi flow cats. There are several brands that give good results. I would recommend either Kooks or LGs.

Whether you install the LG Long tube, OR, Dynatech Supermaxx (with cats, X-Pipe, and, O2's), you can't go wrong. The construction, quality, finish, AND, ease of fitment of these two long tube header systems for the Corvette C5 places them way ahead of the competition. Go for it.

Can't tell you how many times i saw headers go into and out of LG's test fit car while these headers were being developed. little tweak, test fit, little tweak test fit. more tweaks, more test fits. Thats why the LG Pro long tubes are so great. a group of very smart and experienced guys spent a long time making them as perfect as they can be. And in my opinion it shows. Every time i check there is a waiting list to get them in. And they get shipments from their manufacturing plant in large quantities. Not just 2-3 pair here and there.

Ok Thanks to all of you I am going to check with DMV here in Oregon. Than I am going to make my move. It looks like LG Pro Long Tubes get the vote. Any Idea where the best price will be?

i got mine directly from lgm,but i think you can get them from some of the other venders on the forum.i have the "pro" series in my car,but lou also has a street series which is a little cheaper.mine are also a 2 02 sensor[reason for simms],but now i think lou makes them so you can use all 4 02's.if you use 4 02's,buy 2 new rear 02's and put them up front[lou has the adapters].they use a higher wattage heater.

also,i put my headers in from start to finish in 2.5 hours[used a lift].the lgm's and dynamaxx's are the easiest to install[no unbolting/lifting motor,removing steering shaft,etc]
