Ordering from Eckler's
Any one had any problems ordering items for thier C5? I'm looking to purchase the Neoprene seat covers and some other items for a Christmas gift.

I tried ordering a Magnetic differential drain plug and I could not complete the order over the internet so I called. After about 20 min. on the phone with the sales lady, she tells me she cant get it to work either and call back in a few days 
. Yea right, I clicked on Mid America and it was $1 cheaper

didn't have a problem AT ALL - and they were able to ship to a different address than my credit card biling address unlike some of their competitors - so that saved me some time being able to have my part shipped directly to my tuner!
paid for 2nd day and that's when it was shipped!

I heard all the negative comments before but placed an order anyway (they had a few items I couldn't find anywhere else). Got everything I ordered, no problems.

it's been 50/50...... some good some really bad......worst one was they double charged my card.......well... since this isn't 1965 it comes out of the account right away........ when i called to get it fixed they voided the transaction.... but it still holds the money from me for 5 days...

My last order was fine. It was a C4 master that I them rush out the door with 2 day delivery this past Aug, everything went fine. Unless it is only C5 products they are having trouble with. I'll listen in on this one.

Ecklers is a fine company to deal with....The most negative complaint you'll hear about them is sometimes they take an order without having an item in stock. Just call and make sure they have the item instock before ordering, and you'll do fine.

I recently ordered brake rotors. The rear set was delayed and came in wrong (fronts). One call to them and the replacements were shipped immediately. UPS picked up the wrong ones with no paperwork or effort, whatsoever, on my part.
I will definitely order from them again.

I have a 71' coupe that I have been working on for a year now and a 02, and have spents several thousand dollars with them and will continue.
I went to the Turkey Run today , shopping for bumpers for my 71', only to find that Ecklers prices on the three piece set is lower or the same as they were asking at the show. Difference, I know where to find Ecklers tomorrow if I have a problem.
