Second Thoughts...
Has anyone ever driven a 93' MR2 Turbo? I drove my friends tonight and i was quite impressed... I just bought an 04 coupe and I do believe the breaks are a bit better and the vette has much more power over 100mph.. but the steering on the MR2 was rather impressive. Overall I was impressed with how easy the MR2 was to drive. What are your thoughts?

I dunno... Maybe I'm crazy... but for a car that is at least 7 times cheaper it seems to be close to my car.. and It was much easier to drive for me. Pulling out from a start and shiifting it all seemed like cake where my car i feel like it takes some efforot to actually make it feel smooth

It goes without saying that a well-engineered smaller car is going to feel more responsive and nimble because it's far lighter. If you're going to get a Toyota do it right and get a Supra. Else stick with what youve got because the vette is a truely nice car. Nobody stopps and notices an MR2 except other MR2 owners. EVERYBODY loves the corvette.

I love driving. I've pretty much enjoyed every car that I've ever owned. My favorite is my Vette, but that doesn't mean that I can't enjoy the characteristics of other cars as well. Thank God all cars aren't the same. Vive la Différence!

I wouldn't even give a "second thought" to any TOYota. I agree with Cajun99 - not in the same league.
How can you compare a '93 Toyota to an '04 Corvette. I'll tell you what - you sell me your Vette for what you could buy a MR2 for, and we'll call it even. I'll have a car that I'm happy with and you will too.
By the way - have you been to the MR2 Museum, lately?

This must be the weirdest post I've ever seen in C5 Gen. Comparing an MR2 to a C5??? 
Smaller cars tend to feel more nimble and responsive than larger cars. Hell, you can buy a go-kart for 2k that will run circles around ANY sports car, even an exotic but that doesn't mean that its faster or better.
If you want to make your vette more nimble, I would lower it, get some better shocks and sway bars. That'll make it more responsive in corners and they are relatively inexpensive mods (compared to others).
