Default best tool

We work on vettes and around the house doing repairs. What tool do you feel that a person could not live without in their toolbox?

For me it is the magnetic pickup, for obvious reasons.

I've got two favorites that have bailed me out of many tights spots - a pair of vice grips and a 48 oz. hammer with a short handle that I call "Dr. Hammer".

3 things, a good flash light, sockets, and a real good set of screw drivers with a variety of sizes from tiny to extra large.
