My 1st Vette!!
Well I finally got my first Chevrolet Corvette. I've been waiting to get this car since I was probably 5-years old. She's a 2002 with a 6-speed tranny, black interior and had only 8,400 miles on it (I picked it up in Ohio and drove it to NJ). I originally was going to get a 2000 or 2001 but held out for a 2002 or newer because of this website! (2001 oil burning problems and 2000 5 less HP and 25 less lb-ft of torque). It was an absolute dream to drive her home. I've only owned it for 3-days and I drove it over 700 miles already! I live close to E-town and will be taking her there as soon as the park opens in the spring. Here's a couple of pics..........

Ken congrats, i see we have anonther Lincoln Mark VIII to Corvette owner.

I live about 20-30 minutes from Englishtown Raceway Park. I grew up about 2-miles from the Park.
I've made over 100 passes in my 1993 Lincoln Mark VIII and got her down to 14.3@97MPH.
It still hasn't sunk in that I really own this Vette!!!
