Hey Joe C I have them and they work as advertised. The ebayer is a Corvette owner and CF member who offers your money back if you are not happy. I'm satisfied with mine and the install was easy.

THANKS!!! ...just ordered a set. his ebay name sounds familiar - seems like i bought a set of chrome lugnut covers from him 3-4 years ago.
i bought the ones from the corvette owner and its nice, adn they shipped fast too. just a piece of weather stripping though. Im sure you can go out and buy some weather striping that has a peel back tape so you can stick it to the lamps. Might be cheaper that way

Anybody know what kinda weather stripping would do?
The guy with the black car gave a forum member a bad feedback rating for no good reason. I'm not sure of his name but it was in the last week or two. Be careful.

I don't think its the same material as weather stripping..look>>>

My weatherstrip subcontractor (Weatherstrip Specialties, Inc) uses alot of silicone weatherstripping. I ordered a set from the Vette owner on eBay and I am going to talk to my weatherstrip guy and show it to him to see is he can get me some. Stuff like that sells really cheap!!! I will offer it up to all members here if I can find it!!! Stay tuned....

Russ...
Keep us posted. $25 shipped seems just a little high.
Thanks, Tom
Hi - this topic came up a year ago and I did what was suggested at the time. Go to Lowes or Home Depot and get 1/2 weatherstrip that comes in a role. It's rubber and costs a few dollars. It has a peel off back. Just remove the taillight and wrap the edge and put it back in. Works great - keeps out the water and is almost invisible.

The buyer recieved neg feedback from the seller because he complained in the sellers feedback he wasnt happy that the shipping was 5$ even though it apparently costs about 5$ to ship priority mail, and what he agreed to pay. Pretty good reason.

Sounds like the thing to do. For a couple of dollars it could be replaced many times for 25 dollars.
