anyway, when I do burnouts, I just rev it up to around 5k and pop the clutch and stomp the brake. then just feather the throttle as necessary.
Here is a burnout I did the day before I got new tires. Notice the water hose and painter's tape.

If you look closely, you can see deer coming out of the woods to bear witness.
Tell you guys what - next time it's time to buy new tires, I'll try to top this burnout. I need some good 1600 X 1200 photos for my desktop anyway! And next time, I'm gonna turn off the damn time stamp and try to keep the water hose out of the pic. hehe
