my buddy has a street legal mustang with some kind of huge turbo setup on it. Rated at over 1200 rwhp!

anyway, when I do burnouts, I just rev it up to around 5k and pop the clutch and stomp the brake. then just feather the throttle as necessary.

Here is a burnout I did the day before I got new tires. Notice the water hose and painter's tape.

I love doing rolling burnouts, what I do not know how to do is keep the car still, and burnout till the smoke is covering the entire car. Is this what a line lock is for?
Are you kidding me, I am still picking out the rubber from my grills from that last toll plaza. I am never, ever going to stop in back of you my friend. And oh by by the way I spin at 60 in 3rd gear. Ha!

If you look closely, you can see deer coming out of the woods to bear witness.

Tell you guys what - next time it's time to buy new tires, I'll try to top this burnout. I need some good 1600 X 1200 photos for my desktop anyway! And next time, I'm gonna turn off the damn time stamp and try to keep the water hose out of the pic. hehe

Neighbors called the fire dept. Smoke coming out of the rear deck lid, must have gotten a nice rubber smelling headache.
