Default where to next ?

I need some advise for the next mod on my 99 6 speed coupe. I have a borla stinger exhaust, a vararam intake, bosch + 4 plus and msd plug wires. Everything else on the car is stock. The car is a daily driver in Georgia and I really woudn't need to park for the winter.

Hurst shifter! You'll LOVE it. Never another missed 2nd to 3rd shift. (2nd to 5th)

I am getting a short throw shifter, but I really don't have a problem with the shifting. I would like to find a mod that will compliment the mods that have been done by the forums advice of course.

Sounds to me like you need some headers.

Short-throw shifter, window tint and lower it if you haven't yet done so

Headers get's my vote too. That'll get you prepped for the heads/cam mod that's soon to be coming.

Complete the exhaust would be my suggestion as well. Headers, x-pipe and hi-flo cats with a LS1edit/dyno tune.

And, your choice of aftermarket air intake. Good luck.

The car has already got tinted windows and c-6 chrome wheels. If I go to headers, I can only do the shorty headers because long tubes are not legal in Georgia. Are shorty headers worth it?

Well you have come to the point where you have a decision to make...

1. Get your Long Tube Headders and an Intake with cam or S/C (if you find that your headers don't give u enough power)

2. Save up your cash, and get a Turbo kit... if you bought Long tubes you would have to sell them, cuz your turbo kit will come with headers made for that specific application.

LT headers no good in GA? Is this a California thing? (emissions test?)

1. Get PO box in Jax FL, register in FL then LG Street or Dynatech long tubes

2. 1.8 roller rockers and a good tune

3. GOOD tires BFG or MPS

4. 04 Z06 suspension all around (springs,shox,sways)

Then start spankin Ricers and Rustangs

LT Headers & better intake manifold to help her breath. Then tires so that you can put the power to the ground.

LT headers and/or a good set of rear gears would be nice upgrades.
