except it wil have a [ as the first character.

Below the pix you want to post you'll see a line that says something like
"IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v317/cndmarshall/misc028.jpg[/IMG"
(I deleted a couple of brackets so you can see what I'm talking about. Maker sure you use the leading "[" and trailing "]".)
If you copy that line a just past it into your post your photo will come up something like this --
