Upgraded Radiator
Any thoughts on this? Is it necessary to help keep the engine cooler? If anyone has done this, what type of radiator did you choose. Thanks for your thoughts and input!!

i put one in my old 74 and it helped alot....it was a becool radiator. Not sure if it is worth it for the c5 unless your racing. You can go with a colder thermostat or reprogram the fans to turn on sooner....prove me if im wrong here guys...

I have the 160 stat and the fans turned lower with no problems running the road courses at 150 mph in the summer. More concerned about the tranny temps getting up in the 285 range so guess a tranny cooler is in order.

I have a Ron Davis with internal oil cooler for sale. It has been dented but still works as new. Because of the dents it is only $250 plus shipping. Great for the track but overkill for the street (IMHO).
