So I have to ask... is that a bit of cement on top of your car?? Seriously, it looks like a bit of cement is directly on top of your roof... What is that, a rug?

I guess a cement truck in a parade is nothing different than a large dump truck or other piece of equipment in one... Local construction companies feel the need to advertise... We see Semi-tractors in small town parades all the time around here... local trucking outfit has to advertise and is maybe the larger employer in town...
