If you cant decide by looking at those.., then you know your answer already.. go with the others... because those of us who have taken the plunge... have done so because of the above reasons... (especially walking out of your house into your garage late at night to grab a frozen dinner, and seeing that!!!)
There's nothing wrong with any of your other choices, but they will never compare to a Vette. You are not buying just a car, you are buying a new lifestyle. The Vette has years of heritage the ricers will never have. Tell a person you bought a Hondafinitisan and you get a ho-hum, nice car. Mention you have a Vette and people have questions about what you got and what's it like. There's much more going on here than just some transportation. And every time you start your car and feel the whole car shake from all the power you will remember that nothing beats a V-8.

As far as the other cars you mentioned, I also considered both the 350 and the G35 and picked the Z06 over both. It has so much more performance out of the box.
The fact that you can buy a MINT used 02 Z06 that will out perform, handle and beat up (in the looks department to) 99.5% of the cars that are on the street for about $32,000 is almost a JOKE (that a car THIS AWESOME) with FERRARI performance can be had for this type of price!!!!!!!
I used to own an '04 G35 6-speed coupe. Fun car to drive, nice interior, great cruiser, not an all out speed demon though. The S2000 is like a full-sized slot car, I've had plenty of chances at work to take one out for a, ahem, demonstration drive, and it's small, tight, quick if you keep it wound up, and did I mention it's small? But it is a drop top, which appeals to some. I also had a chance to demo an '04 350Z 6-speed, but it was the base base model and I didn't really like it.
Guess what I'm trying to say is it depends on what you're looking for. I wanted a fast street car with excellent handling that could also run HPDEs, and I don't care about ride quality. In that regard, I went with the Z. That, plus the fact that I really like torque, made the decision for me.
I have had or still have all but the G35. I use to own an 01 S2000 and a 99C5. Now I currently have an 05 S2000 and a 04 Z06. You have to sit down and think about what you want in a car. The S2000 is a great car and fun to drive. I love to be able to drop the top by a push of a button on a nice day. But, I love raw power. The S2000 is missing that. It just doesn't have the put your head to the seat torque. My wife drives the S2000 and I drive the vette. I would say get the vette. From the first day I got into my 99C5 coupe, I have felt like I joined a club and never realized it. I would be driving and when another vette passed, no matter what year, they would wave at me. I was like,"Do I know that guy." When you own a vette it is like being in a club. The people are awesome. That is one of my best feelings about owning a vette. Even though I do turn some heads in my S2000, it just doesn't have that American made power that I want in a car. The vette has more space. The trunk is surprisingly big. Plenty of room all around. It has more power than a lot of people can handle. The S2000 has barley any room up front as well as in the trunk. There is no way I could own just an S2000, too small. So to rap it up think about which one is best for your needs. Power, Space, Class, etc. So, I wish you good luck in your search!
I cannot afford the amazing c6, do you think that th C5 is a good car compared to the 350z, infiniti g35 coupe and honda s2k...
I am coming down to crunch time and the thing putting me off the c5 is the re-sale value...
EDIT: 30k spending limit.
man, a C4 will beat any of those cars. 350z, g35, s2k are running 14's in quarter mile times. Regular vettes are in the 13's.

Gas milage is pretty ****ty on those cars anyways for what power they're suppose to put out. Might as well get a C5
