I ordered a new cover from Mid America. They don't differentiate between coupe and convertible. But the cover I received specifically states it is for a convertible on the box. I checked other web sites and sure enough, the manufacturer shows another part number for a coupe cover. I'm sure it will fit, but I'm still PO'd. Does anyone know if there is really a difference in the cut/pattern of the material between a coupe or vert cover? I don't want to lose the shipping on a return.
Mid America is on my sh** list right at the moment.

I'm surprised. I have a cover from MAM for my vert. The way it is cut looks like it would fit a coupe easily. The upper sides look like a vert or FRC, but the top/back sags down to the trunk. Try it and let us know what you think.
I bought a generic midsize WOlf cover at Costco.... it fits great , i's almost say perfect for the $39.... It is made of the same Kimberly Clark water proof, breathable ,padded material as the more expensive covers...
I don't know about the custom made covers from all the manufacturers, but the ones from CoverCraft and Wolf that I've used or seen are different with one model/type made to fit the vert/FRC/Z06 and the other for the coupe. The vert/FRC/Z06 model is cut to fit tighter where the rear of the roof drops down on these vehicle types. If you are not satisfied, I would recommend you contact MA's customer service and return it for exchange for the correct model. Good luck.
