Winter Storage-Suspension Position
Have stored the 2002 Corvette on Jack stands and boards at the cross members according to the Idaho DIY recommendations. Have also removed the tires and wheels and stored in the basement.
This leaves the suspension hanging down and unsupported. Is that a problem - should the arms be jacked up and supported with blocks?

IMHO and personal experience: As an extra precaution to reduce extension strain (and possible shock leakage) from suspension parts left extremely pendulous for lengthy periods of time, I would support the suspension on blocks. Regardless, sounds like you are ready for a long winters nap. Best wishes to you.
