Photo request - center console
Hey guys i am in the market for a Z06 and had a quick question. For X-Mas i got a XM radio (Delphi Roady XT) that i can swap back and forth between my truck and the Vette that i am going to be getting shortly. With the kit came two mounting brackets, one that clips onto the airvents, and one that can be mounted anywhere (doublesided tape). I was looking to get a pick of the center console so that i can see which mounting bracket i should use for my truck and which one i should use for the Vette i will be purchasing.

I have never had any luck at all mounting anything with doubkle stick tape. As soon as the sun warms it up off it comes. Double stick tape works if it isnt required to hold the weight of whatever you are trying to mount.

Get the Super heavy duty 3M double sided tape from Radio Shack . it will not go anywhere once installed . Have used this stuff for years , it is very strong . It will have the RED markings on it instead of the usual green peel away wax paper .
