I need a shift boot snap-in ring! Mines broken =(
Mine was cracked for a long time and now it's broken so far that the shift boot doesn't stay in right. Anyone know where I can get this part only? I don't care to buy a new shift boot from GM. Anyone know how much the new boot assy is?

Get in line......many folks looking for a new ring. I've heard some members have been successful in repairing their rings. Reinforcing where the break is with a piece of trimmed plastic and then gluing.

Unfortunately you can't buy just the ring. The boot with ring attached from GM is in the neighborhood of $130.00 if I recall. You should contact Gene at Karshop and see if he has a take off from another car. As indicated, your other option is to just repair/re-inforce your existing ring.
