Well my car is spiral gray metalic with the black interior so i livened it up buy getting Lloyd's torch red mats and deck mat with the black logo.So their are lots of colors you can go with.

Floormats on are on the edge of bling my performance minded friend. They are functional if you have a passenger with thier seat all the way back, but otherwise the stock mats are fine.
I do love my Lloyd mats and think you should get them. All I am saying, is it is a slippery slope...
Don't fret, a little bling is ok. I am very confident that GROND will be tasteful and still be able to take on anyone.
