Question is why would it be locked? Looks to be filmed in a C5 and as far as I could tell with all the Police cars they were not breaking any speed limits?

All I can say is WOW!! Super-Car rides as far as the eye can see. I wonder how many cars were there and how many millions of dollars were in one place at one time!!
